No. We work for the shipper. That's the entire point — biased referrals are how most placements go wrong in the first 90 days.
Can you handle multi-warehouse network design?
Yes. We model freight cost, transit time, and labor differentials to recommend two-node or three-node networks where the volume justifies it.
How long does placement take?
From kickoff to live shipments, typical timeline is 6–10 weeks depending on volume and WMS integration complexity.
What if it doesn't work out?
We monitor performance in the first 90 days specifically so we can intervene early. If a 3PL is fundamentally wrong, we'll help you transition — we'd rather fix it than defend a bad placement.
